esterday Facebook launched facebook places. Sounds great, it tells anyone where you are, even to the point of map location and street address. Anyone can find out where you are when you are logged in. It gives the actual address & map location of where you are as you use Facebook. Wait, hold on, that is the exact opposite of great, this is a very dangerous application. If your teenagers are using Face Book, protect your children, make sure your children know about this new issue and assist them to disable the application.

As an au pair or child carer you are responsible for the children you care for and it is imperative that you are trained to handle any and every medical situation that may arise while you are caring for a child. Doing a simple safety course will not cut it. In order to care for a child you need at least a SETA approved level 1 course.
